Participants 20 and older: Paper waivers will be available on site.
This clinic is open to all Ultimate players 9th grade and older (including college and club players)! Players will compete against other players of similar age and skill-levels.

Date: Monday, January 19, 2026
Time: 10:00am to 1:00pm
Location: Eden Prairie High School Dome, 17185 Valley View Rd, Eden Prairie, MN 55346.
Cost is $95 for both days or $55 for one day.
This dribbling clinic is led by AJ Merriman, a four-time Team USA gold medalist and UFA Defensive Player of the Year, and Noah Hanson, a UFA First Team All-Defense selection and Division I College Coach of the Year. Together, they bring championship experience from every level of the sport
At this clinic, participants will learn how to gain bigger advantages from the fundamentals. We’ll break down essential skills like catching, pivoting, throwing, and moving without the disc, demonstrating how, through dribbling, you can leverage those fundamentals to unlock offensive flow. Dribbling fundamentals can help every player on any team fulfill their role more efficiently and effectively.
After a holistic ground up warmup we will discuss the details of our first topic before practicing what we’ve learned in a drill. We will repeat this rhythm with a few topics. The focus in this section will be on personal growth and skill development. There will also be opportunities to test what we've learned in competitive situations after we lay the foundations of dribbling in ultimate.

This clinic will be held inside of a dome on a turf surface. All players are encouraged to bring a water bottle, cleats, a white jersey, and a dark jersey.
