Wind Chill 2026 Open Tryout Registration - 1/24/26

Get in front of Wind Chill leadership for your chance to continue on in the tryout process and take the field with us for the 2026 season.

This 4 hour open format will feature a warm-up led by returning Wind Chill players, various drills for throwing/marking skill evaluation, small field 3v3 scrimmaging, as well as 7v7 full field play. No experience requirements to attend.

Registration restricted to 100 athletes on first come first serve basis. Ages 18+ required to attend.

Time: 2:00pm to 6:00pm
Location: University of Minnesota Students Recreational Sports Dome (600 SE 25th Ave, Minneapolis, MN 55414-3016, United States)

-Bring Water Bottle and Cleats
-Reversible Jerseys from our friends at Minnesota Ultimate will be used during the tryout (returned at conclusion of the event)
-Athletic Training services at the tryout will be provided by TRIA, official partner of the Minnesota Wind Chill

AFTER REGISTERING for the 2026 Open Tryout:

Invite Only Closed Tryouts will be held the weekend of February 7th-8th.

If you cannot attend the Open Tryout, it is important to complete the player interest form if you'd like to be considered for an invite to continue on in the tryout process.

While not required, it is highly recommended that all players attending the Open Tryout have had a physical in the past year and have clearance from their primary care physician to participate in an athletic event of this nature.
